There is no need to wait, or contact us before ordering. Unless you prefer to speak to us first, you can always reach us via the contact form on this page. All the payments are processed through PayPal, which is one of the most secure and popular merchant services. Your payment information is not stored on our website, and is not accessible by us either. This reduces your risk, as well as ours. Also the monthly services will automatically be billed through PayPal recurring payment services as well. So there is no need to make payments every month, all you need to do is ensure that you payment information is up to date, and correct.
Upgrades
For most of our services we offer two pricing plans for your convenience. The Basic Package, and the Pro Package. If your not sure which one to choose, then you can always start with the Basic Package, and then when ever your ready upgrade to the Pro Package. How ever, for our one-time payment services like Website Design or Social Media Creation this will not be possible. We still may be able to upgrade the one-time payment services, but a small additional fee may be needed depending on your requirements. For all the monthly services upgrading is easy, and the are no additional costs involved other than the price of the service its self.
Cancellations
To cancel our monthly services is just as easy, you can do so either through our website on the My Account page, or it can be done via PayPal as well. If you have any trouble with cancelling, feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email so we can cancel the service(s) for you right away. We certainly hope you will not need to do this, but just incase you will, its very quick & easy. IF you are dissatisfied for any reason, its best if you contact us before cancelling so that we may try to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
